Next Generation Ministries

NextGen Ministries is here to help you disciple the children, youth, and young adults in your church. We want to equip you with resources but more importantly to encourage you in the work you are already doing in your church with the younger generations.

We are currently collecting information so we can better understand the needs of the churches in our diocese. If you haven't yet filled it out, please fill out this quick survey.

Winter Youth Retreat

January 19-21, 2024


Registration for the 2024 ADGL Youth Winter Retreat is now open! Here's how to get signed up:

1. Reach out to Canon Andrew (aunger@adgl.us) to let him know that you plan to bring teenagers to the retreat.

2. Get the word out to the youth in your church and start collecting payment and registration forms (adults should fill out the camp's liability form - click the button below for registration info).

3. Let Canon Andrew know how many teenagers and adults you plan to bring by December 15th.

Other important info:

  • We are asking that each church send at least one adult with their youth (whose registration will be covered by the diocese). If that is a problem, contact Canon Andrew and we can work something out.

  • We're aiming to start the retreat activities at 7:00pm on Friday, and we'll leave Butler Springs at noon on Sunday. 

  • Three meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast are provided by the camp. You'll need to plan on getting dinner on Friday and lunch on Sunday on your own.
